The ECO-WASHER RM series is a spray-type cleaning machine suitable for cleaning small to medium-sized metal parts and processed components. In workplaces where daily parts cleaning is done manually or by wiping, issues such as work time, uneven cleaning, and variability in finishing by operators can easily arise. This machine features a structure with a large front opening and a basket loading system, making it easy to clean multiple parts at once. It is suitable for improving the efficiency of routine cleaning that occurs repeatedly for small parts, machined components, aluminum parts, sheet metal processed parts, jigs, and tooling. By using spray cleaning from above, the sides, and below, it cleans machining oils and metal dust adhered to the surface of the parts. It contributes to reducing cleaning unevenness, shortening work time, and stabilizing cleaning quality. Super alkaline ionized water (SAIW) can be used as the cleaning solution, which leads to a reduction in detergent usage and improvement in the working environment.
